Any migraine sufferer will describe the pain as debilitating and impossible to withstand. Unfortunately, most of them are unaware of the fact that certain foods and chemicals negatively affect their systems, worsening the condition even more.
But, the good news is that there are foods, herbs, and supplements that relieve migraine pain in an all-natural and safe way.
1. Avoid Food Additives and Artificial Sweeteners
Artificial sweeteners, flavor enhancers, and preservatives like MSG are known to trigger migraine headaches. Unfortunately, the FDA has allowed product`s re-launch on the market despite the many side effects and symptoms of aspartame toxicity.

Put dried lavender flowers in herbal hot packs and use as needed. Another option is to make a tea by steeping a teaspoon of dried flowers in a cup of boiling water for about fifteen minutes.

Mix the three herbs; a pinch of cayenne pepper, an inch of fresh ginger, and a teaspoon of dried peppermint. Add them to a cup of boiling water and steep for about fifteen minutes.
