Thyme essential oil boosts immunity and strengthens the respiratory system thanks to its expectorant, antiseptic, and antibacterial properties. You can either combine it with bergamot oil and use the mixture as a chest rub or add it to hot water and inhale.
Clove oil is undoubtedly one of the most effective oils for managing asthma. It has various properties that are beneficial for asthmatic patients, such as anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic, and analgesic. You can use a diffuser or vaporizer to diffuse it in the air. Alternatively, dilute it with almond oil or water and apply on the skin.
