The Recipe for Apple Colon Cleanse
- 1 cup of water
- 1 apple
- 1 tbsp. of chia seeds
- 1 tbsp. of ground flaxseeds (they are easier to digest than whole flaxseeds)
- 1 tsp of honey
Blend all the ingredients together, except for the chia seeds. Then, pour the mixture into a glass, add the chia and stir for about 5 minutes.
