Swimming is the ideal exercise for anyone who suffers from inflamed legs. Any form of exercise improves blood circulation and prevents the body from allowing blood gather in the body. Anything that gets your legs active works great, whether it is yoga or running.
2. Elevate your legs
Keeping the legs up for about half an hour daily helps the body drain the excess fluids being accumulated.
Sitting for an extended period of time is one of the contributing factors to leg swelling. If you work a job that makes you sit longer, get up and walk around for a couple of minutes every so often. This helps prevent swelling in the legs and feet.
4. Compression Socks
While compression socks are difficult to put on, they are quite handy. They help the blood vessels stay elastic and keep them from gathering in the feet. As an added bonus, they help prevent varicose veins.
5. Apple Cider Vinegar

11. Eat Healthy
It is recommended to avoid eating too much salt, as excess salt causes the body to have water retention. Eat more lean proteins, fruit, and veggies, all of which help you to be healthy on multiple levels that go beyond leg inflammation prevention.
