The liver is our main detoxifying organ and it can be slowed down once in a while depending on the environment, activity level and diet. When the liver becomes overloaded with toxins, they tend to store within tissues and diminish the quality of your overall health. Therefore, a liver detox is a key factor to boosting up your liver`s and other organ`s function.

When you are on a liver detox, you need to provide your body with nutritious food that is easy to digest, as you don’t want to spend its energy digesting food but need to keep the balance of antioxidants, electrolytes, and nutrients. Juicing is one of the best ways to boost your liver detox without compromising the body`s natural healing process.
