POM Smoothie Recipe
- 1 cup POM wonderful 100% Pomegranate Juice
- 2 tbsp of almonds
- 3 tbsp protein powder ( optional)
- 1 large banana
- ¾ cup soy or low-fat milk
- 1 tsp stevia or honey
- 2 ice cubes
All you have to do is to combine all ingredients in a blender and blend for about 30 seconds. Then, transfer the smoothie into two glasses. As simple as that!
